List your ideal home features.

Think about the type of property you would like and can realistically expect to achieve with your budget

These will include – type of structure, number of bedrooms, bathroom size and fittings, space, storage, finishes such as curtains/blinds, outdoor area, yard size and so on.

Are you looking for a property that may be in need of some TLC and are you capable of undertaking the work yourself? Do you have enough room in your budget to pay for repairs needed to the dwelling?
