Asset Schedule

The asset schedule is basically a list of your assets and their value.

Your lender will require this information in determining how much you can afford to borrow and you need to know your current asset position so that you can work out how much you have available for the deposit on your home.

Complete the

Asset Schedule Worksheet by inserting the current information for each item.

Again, as for the budget planner attach copies of any relevant statements to complete the information including:

• Savings/investment account statements

• Share certificates

• Superannuation statements

You have now completed your Asset Schedule – and you know what amount you can afford to pay each month in loan repayments and also how much you have for your deposit as well as having put together all the financial information your lender will need at the same time!
